Terms and Conditions Quote/s:

Quotes are valid for 7 working days from submission.

Quotes are produced Commercial in Confidence, and stay the Sole Intellectual Property of LVC Pty Ltd Trading as Latrobe Valley Computers

Please note that all prices quoted are GST inclusive. In the event of a change of manufacturer’s price, or other changes, the price will be that prevailing at date of order, therefore please confirm pricing before your order is placed.

Delivery

Quoted Item/s shall be ready within two weeks from placement of purchase order. If any item is forecast not to be obtainable within this time, an estimated delivery date will be advised to the client. Delivery to the customer’s place of business is seen to be outside this quote, and can be arranged on behalf of the customer, on which the customer will be charged the delivery costs.

Leasing / Financing,

Please notify Latrobe Valley Computers, at time of order, to assist in the compilation of required documents, this service is subject to charges as per schedule of fees & charges.

Payment

(For Account Customer/s) Due within 7 days from Invoice/Statement
(For Non Account Customer/s) Due upon receipt of goods.
Fees & Charges Schedule
Any work required that is outside the specifications of this quote shall be charged at the following rates.
Preparation of paper work for Leasing / Financing per instance $88.00 will be incurred.
Travel @ $138.00 per hour or part thereof, a minimum of ½ hour charge will be incurred.
Labour @ $138.00 per hour or part thereof, a minimum of ½ hour charge will be incurred.
Workshop Bench Fee – Assesment & Diagnostics @ $66.00, per instance.
Workshop Labour @ $132.00 per hours or part thereof, a minimum of ¼ hour charge will be incurred.

Cancelled Order/s

Cancellations of an order/s may be subject to restocking fees of up to 30%, payable by the client on our acceptance of cancelled order/s.

Warranty – Return To Shop,

Limited parts warranty by Latrobe Valley Computers.
Warranty covers hardware failure only.
Any loss or corruption of data is not covered by the warranty and will be the responsibility of the client to keep backups of all relevant data.
Restoration of software and data will be the responsibility of the client.
Optical drives (CD,CDRW,DVD&DVDRW) fans & power supply 1 year only.
Labour is not covered and will be charged at the discretion of Latrobe Valley Computers
