Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
Latrobe Valley Computers reserves the right to inspect and test all items presented for warranty to validate the warranty claim. If the claim is found to be not valid, travel, freight, and testing charges may apply.

Manufacturers Warranties
Latrobe Valley Computers is not an Authorised Representative or Service Provider for the purpose of any Manufacturers Limited, or “Extra” Warranties. Systems attached to “Surge Protection” boards will not be covered.
